When it comes to life coaching, there are a number of different areas in which individuals often need assistance. In one case, this can be Girl Coaching Services Growing Strong women. For, growing up during this time and age can often require a great deal of strength. As such, a life coach can often help girls grow into happy, beautiful and successful young women.

Parents raising a teen or pre-teenage girl can often be overwhelmed. For example, there are a number of transitions when it comes to girls at this time of life. As such, parents often have to deal with school related stress, eye rolling, discovering the truth about different situations, unnecessary bouts of drama and the results of bad decisions and choices.

Media and high tech play both positive and negative roles when it comes to girls of this age range. While there has been some attention paid to reversing the beliefs that beauty is based on appearance and body image, these ideals still exist. Many girls are still taught to believe that to be beautiful, the individual must be anorexic and look like a supermodel. As such, it is important that parents continue to denounce these beliefs and explain to all children, boys and girls, why this is just not the case.

Regardless of experiences in the past, teen and pre-teen girls can still emerge as confident, strong and happy young women. Although, it can often take the assistance of a mentor, counselor or life coach for one to be able to do so. For, struggles in friendships, domestic violence, relational aggression and bullying all still exist, especially between teenagers and pre-teens.

As a young girl navigates through these important and formative years, it can often be difficult to feel a sense of belonging, thus resulting in the individual feeling left out. Whereas, there are other times when the girl may be pressured to conform to stereotypes placed on individuals by other girls, friends or society. As a result, research has shown that girls whom are victims of social cruelty and bullying during these formative years are often at more risk for depression, a loss of self-esteem and social isolation.
